LUST List

A new feature I'm going to try out on this blog is a LUST list from time to time. Simply things that I am totally drooling over, sort of like my Italian Stallion (insert bad laugh track here *wink*).  I always find that I have a few things in the back of my head that I'm always looking for but can never seem to find just the right one or I can't decide if I should spend the money Some things on the list are things I am thinking of purchasing and other things fall into the previously mentioned "IF ONLY I COULD FIND ONE, MY LIFE WOULD BE THAT MUCH MORE FABULOUS"...or something less dramatic than that. You get my point... ha.

Anyway.

The first item on my list is the tall black Gatherer mukluk. I have  found it on a few websites: here and here. I have seen this bad boy in grey with ripped up skinny jeans and my heart skipped a beat. Just fabulous.

The next item on my list is something that's been on it for a while. It's the Quo Professional Brush set. I just checked it out (yet again) in a beautiful jeweled holiday case set at Shoppers Drug Mart yesterday. I have heard so many good things about it, but I'm still sitting on the fence about the cost. In fact, my favourite makeup videoblogger juicytuesday uses it quite often. This set is regular $100 on sale for $75 for the holidays. It would be a perfect xmas gift..cough.... hint... (Stallion are you reading this??).

The next item is that elusive perfect red mary jane pump. It seems like the ones I find are either patent (too shiny), the heel is too low, the strap doesn't sit right across the top of the foot...well you get my point. Here is the best match I could find for what I'm looking for, but alas it is sold out. I like many things about them: the platform, the material and how the strap goes straight across the top of the foot.

The next item is a Macbook Pro. I haven't divulged quite yet on this blog, but I am a HUGE tech freak. I love gadgets and they love me.  I currently have a Sony VAIO and I really can't complain about it. I've never had any problems with it, but well...a Macbook is just a MACBOOK. So that's #4 on my list.

The last item is something I have wanted for years and I have no idea why. Well, maybe the whole idea behind a little comfortable chair stems from my teen years. My parents had this super old tan coloured tub chair. This thing was in baaad shape. Like the one arm was falling off of it. But I adopted it and put it in my room and just loved reading in it. The broken arm made lounging juuuust right. It was perfect. Then one day I came home and mom had thrown it in the garbage. I do believe I have never quite gotten over it. But it isn't a tan coloured tub chair I want, but rather a RED one.  Can someone please give me a psychological reason for wanting a red chair? Anyone?? RED. CHAIR. Just something about it that screams read in me! Or something a lot less relaxing. Maybe it whispers read in me. I dunno. I just want. I think I'm not sure what style I want yet so here are a few that I absolutely love.

I'm just putting this last one in, because I came across it while doing a search for "red chair" on google images. you would think that a search as bland as that would not warrant any interesting pictures whatsoever, but no.  I managed to find a naked dude lounging on a red chair. Like DUDE. What the fuck?

So that concludes this version of dreyalikes LUST List. I hope you enjoyed it. Sorry about the naked dude on the chair but girl can't keep shit like that to herself. Peace out.
